Enviroseal™ CW Wall Wrap
The Bradford range of Enviroseal™ wall wrap products provides a number of benefits to make a structure more comfortable and reduce the risk of condensation which can lead to mould.
Wall wraps are pliable building membranes that are applied to the outside of the building frame and offer benefits and protection during construction, as well as when the structure is complete.

Wall Wrap Selection Guide
Wall Wrap Selection Guide
Selection of the most appropriate wall wrap is dependent upon the climate region, type of construction and amount of wall insulation being used.
As thermal insulation properties can be effectively managed with the addition of bulk insulation, the key variable that wall wrap should control is moisture – this involves the control of water vapour from both outside and inside the building. Depending upon the type of building construction, insulation levels and construction climate zone, the selection of the right wall wrap can assist in maintaining energy efficiency, structural durability and occupant health.
As a general guide the following climate map can be used to select the most appropriate wall wrap, alternatively consider using our online Wall Wrap Selector.
Climate Zones
Hot & Humid (BCA Climate Zone 1)
Typically hot & humid environments with warm winters – predominately artificially cooled to manage internal humidity.
All construction types: Thermoseal Wall Wrap / XP / XP Plus / ResiWrap.Temperate (BCA Climate Zones 2/3/4/5)
Typically warm and less humid environments with cooler winters – combination of some artificial cooling and heating with R1.5/R2.0 wall batts.
Lightweight clad: Enviroseal Wall Wrap RW or CW.
Brick veneer: Thermoseal Wall Wrap / XP / XP Plus / ResiWrap / Wall Breather or Enviroseal Wall Wrap RW/CW.Cold (BCA Climate Zones 6/7/8)
Typically cooler environments with cold winters – predominately artificially heated with R2.5/R2.7 wall batts.
All construction types: Enviroseal Wall Wrap RW or CW.
