SoundScreen is surprisingly inexpensive. Many builders offer SoundScreen upgrades from as little as $400 a room, which is a reasonable price to pay for long term peace in your new home.
As SoundScreen acoustic insulation can only really be installed during construction, it’s important to talk to your builder well before construction commences.
